With over ten years of experience, she has also overseen multiple independent small businesses in the Midwest. Committed to harnessing her expertise to assist small business proprietors in navigating the intricacies of managing their enterprises and finances at all stages of growth, she is well-versed in both business establishment and closure. She excels in aiding businesses in developing pragmatic and efficient management and accounting practices to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and tax regulations throughout their operation.
Olivia Blessing, JD, MSc in International Business
Attorney Olivia Blessing is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa, with a focus on International Business Law, International Law, and Global Business Management. She studied international business law abroad in Japan, South Korea, and Mainland China, before graduating with a law degree from the University of Iowa in 2013. Additionally, she holds a degree in International Business Management from the esteemed University of Birmingham in the UK. For several years, Olivia held the position of professor, teaching international business, economics, finance, and law at joint US-China university campuses located in central and northern China. She has since returned to establish her practice in the US, specializing in providing assistance to small business owners faced with unique or intricate challenges, ranging from complex accounting and operational issues to managing foreign income and tax treaties.
