Payroll Records are Due
January 31, 2025 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Businesses must submit their payroll records including:
- W-2
- W-3 (if paper filing)
- 1099
Copies of the W-2 and W-3 (if paper filed) must be submitted to the Social Security Administration (SSA)
Copies of the W-2 must be delivered to the employees.
When 10 or more informational returns (e.g. W-2) are to be submitted, the employer must e-file the returns.
