Tax Filing Deadline (Business)

Several types of businesses are required to file their taxes in March with sufficient time to mail out the tax forms required by their owners and employees.
These include:
- Partnerships
- Limited Liability Companies (Multi-Member)
- S-Corporations
Most are required to file Form 1065 or 1120S.
Extensions are possible, moving the date out to September 15.
