Tax Filing Deadline (Extended) – Business

Several types of businesses are required to file their taxes in March with sufficient time to mail out the tax forms required by their owners and employees.
These include:
- Partnerships
- Limited Liability Companies (Multi-Member)
- S-Corporations
Most are required to file Form 1065 or 1120S.
An extension is possible until September 15.
